Billy Butcherson Puppet
Built as a personal Halloween Costume, Billy Butcherson is a walkaround Puppet resembling the character from "Hocus Pocus".
As in the movie, he's a tall, lanky Zombie who has a habit of losing his head . . . an effect replicated in this costume.
In 2022, Billy (and his creator) were photograpged for the cover of Time Out New York's Halloween edition, by photographer Rebecca Handler.
