This Puppet-Costume hybrid piece was designed to solve the issue of how to navigate the streets on a New York Citibike while maintaining the festive nature of Halloween. The costume is worn as seen in the top photo. After unlocking a Citibike, the headpiece is strapped into the bike's basket and the cape draped over the bike to give the impression that the rider is soaring on a demon down the streets of Manhattan. The costume can be worn once again after departing the bike.
