Confectum Domum Dei

This piece was commissioned by The Exquisite Corpse Company as part of their WareArt Festival in the Spring of 2014. 

This three week multi-media performance series was comprised of 4 original plays inspired by avant-garde fashion designs.

Over 50 emerging artists have collaborated to create this event, exploring the theme "SubTerra" to create a rich tapestry of the world of the underground.

Galapagos Arts Space in DUMBO kicked off the festival, featuring designs that inspired the 4 original plays, presented at The HERE Arts Center.

"Confectum Domum Dei", which translates to "The Worn/Constructed House of God", served as inspiration Laura Zlatos' original play "Three Hours".
